Programs for High school students

SUMMER STUDIES IN ARCHITECTURE FOR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS

Summer Studies in Architecture for High School Students is a three-week daily program that introduces students to the fields of architecture, landscape architecture, and urban design. In its 16th summer, the program engages students in the design process, which is one of creative problem solving. The program enhances a student’s environmental awareness, intellectual development and career determination. Fundamentally, students are exposed to three design professions, describing the opportunities in each area and expanding his or her awareness of career possibilities.
