Demand for walkable, mixed-use neighborhoods is exploding throughout the U.S. and is projected to double in this decade alone. This intensive seminar explores how to analyze and estimate the demand for a variety of residential, retail, and office components of projects and how to market real estate in these communities. The seminar reviews marketing in all stages of development, from site acquisition through sales. Marketing of both projects and companies is explored in depth, as is how to distinguish individual projects and create tailored marketing programs. The faculty, composed of top educators and practitioners, provides expertise in the market analysis and marketing of numerous projects across the country, with a focus on New Urbanist developments.

Attendees learn to:

  • Forecast absorption and how to reach their target market through design and imaging
