The seminar brings together experienced developers and experts who share knowledge and techniques for identifying competitive opportunities and orchestrating successful real estate development projects that help preserve and revitalize downtowns, main streets, and historic properties. The course reviews fundamentals of real estate development, the development process, industry specific terminology, and incentives for development.
