Place Making and Community Building:
Sharing Experiences from the 26 Knight Communities,
March 22-23, 2004 (Coral Gables, FL)

How can we build more livable communities and improve our quality of life? The Knight Program's annual symposium explores these issues, focusing on experiences from the 26 communities in the Knight Foundation's Community Partners Program. The symposium brings together a wide range of professionals involved in community building, along with the Knight Program fellows to date, a group of 37 mid-career professionals committed to improving how and where we live. Check back for updates on the symposium and a forthcoming program schedule.
