Communications Support

The Communications Department at U-SoA provides communications support for approved events / projects (as approved by the Dean). Faculty and Staff can use this Support link for submitting ALL requests / jobs to the Communications Staff. Content (as available) for each job, must be provided at the time of the request, for the Communications Team to commence work.  


Upcoming events – event lead-time should be at least 2 months prior to event date. – Content must be provided.

News Item(s)

News items can be posted on our news site. – Content must be provided.

Social Media / E-Blast Support

Media Support can be provided via U-SoA social media platforms and E-Blasts, etc.  – Content must be provided.

Graphic Support

Graphic support can be provided - ie. Flyers, Posters, E-Cards, Graphic Design for Collateral Items, etc. – (this may vary per complexity of the project, but a minimum of 10 working days lead-time is required). – Content must be provided.  

Web Support

We can provide Website support for approved copy changes, content refresh, page updates (new information), etc. – Content must be provided.
