The Communications Department at U-SoA provides communications support for approved events / projects (as approved by the Dean). Faculty and Staff can use this Support link for submitting ALL requests / jobs to our Communications Staff. Content (as available) for each job, must be provided at the time of the request, for the Communications Team to begin work on the request.  

Events

We can provide support for upcoming events – event lead-time should be at least 2 months prior to event date. – Content must be provided.

News Item

We can post (approved) items on our news site. – Content must be provided.

Social Media / E-Blast Support

We can provide Media Support for approved items via U-SoA social media platforms and E-Blasts, etc. – Content must be provided.

Graphic Support

We can provide Graphic support for (approved jobs) - ie. Flyers, Posters, E-Cards, Graphic Design for Collateral Items, etc. – (while this may vary per complexity of the project, a minimum of 10 working days lead-time is required). – Content must be provided.  

Web Support

We can provide Website support for approved copy changes, content refresh, page updates (new information), etc. – Content must be provided.
