Who needs an evaluation? Any applicant that has attended a college/university outside the US.
International Evaluation Process:

The International Evaluation Report is required once the student has been admitted to the program.

Send official transcript(s) to one of the approved Evaluation Agencies and request a course-by-course evaluation, GPA and that a copy of the evaluated transcript (s) be sent to the Graduate Programs Department (School of Architecture)
