The RemoteLabs service provides students the capability to connect remotely to a physical computer with access to all the software found in computer labs across campus. Please note, there may be downtimes and intermittent connectivity interruptions.

Steps:

  1. Download and Install Citrix Workspace:

     

  2. Choose a location below and then click on the connect button to connect to the next available computer; you will be redirected to the Citrix portal.

     

  3. Use your CaneID credentials to sign in and navigate to the Desktops icon/tab located at the top. Select Architecture from the list groups and click Open to download the connection file.  Depending on your browser, a window may pop up. If not, locate the downloaded file and run it.
