Architecture and the design of the built environment play vital roles in the sphere of social justice and in contributing to wider engagement of community members and residents. The designs of spaces that foster greater inclusion and diversity, and the processes surrounding projects that enable more individuals and groups to take part in the creation of a space, are areas that faculty and students at the SoA are exploring through research and practice.
